History of Perth Scorchers

Perth Scorchers are the defending champions in BBL 12. They are the most successful side in BBL history with 4 titles to their name. They have finished as the runners-up thrice. The Scorchers will look to defend their title in BBL 12.

They have a very strong core, especially their pace attack of Jhye Richardson, Andrew Tye, Jason Behrendorff and Matt Kelly. They have the likes of Josh Inglis and Ashton Turne with the bat. This year they have added Faf du Plessis and Adam Lyth to their squad.
